Watercolor Landscape Workshop
Saturday, May 24th 9:00am to 3:30pm
Cost: $60 plus supplies

For those with an eye for natural beauty, this course will take you beyond just appreciating landscapes to learning how to create interesting compositions, handle challenging textures, and mix colors to create a beautiful scene you will be proud to hang in your home. Taught by CMA instructor Joseph Williams.

Colored Pencil Workshop with Cecile Baird October 10th & 11th 2008 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. $135.00 plus supplies In this workshop Cecile will instruct students in how to create beautiful and dramatic still-life compositions using colored pencils. The workshop will focus on learning how to create the light-filled quality of an oil painting with the ease of colored pencil. Hands-on demonstrations and group techniques will be employed throughout the workshop. Artists of all levels are welcome. Signed copies of Cecile Baird's book, "Painting Light with Colored Pencil" will be available at the workshop.
