Bill Cashdollar is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a degree in Music, focusing on both Percussion and Music Composition. Being a member of the U.S. Association of Rudimental Drummers and the Percussive Arts Society, Bill has studied a broad range of percussive styles covering drumset, mallets, world percussion, drumline and concert percussion, in genres such as jazz, funk, blues, rock, pop, country, and progressive. Previous teaching experience includes percussion instruction at the Hilliard Community Music School, private percussion instructor and director of the Mount Vernon Nazarene University percussion ensemble. |
Katie Shaffer is the Principal Flute of the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra. Katie has also served the same role in the West Virginia Symphony. She also has performed with the Alabama Symphony. She is currently on faculty at Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA). For five years, she was a faculty member at Westminster College (New Wilmington, PA) where she taught private flute lessons and coached flute choir. Katie attended Carnegie Mellon University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Flute Performance. She continued her studies at Rice University where she received a Master’s degree in Music. Her principal teachers include Jeanne Baxtresser, Leone Buyse, Jennifer Conner, and Thomas Robertello. Before moving to this area, Katie taught extensively throughout the Pittsburgh area. Her students have earned top chairs in PMEA District 1 and 5 Honors Bands, District, Region, All-State, All-Eastern Band and Orchestras.

Charles is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a B.M. in Music Education and a Jazz minor. In college he played both electric bass and upright bass in Jazz Band, Orchestra, Concert Band, as well as various musicals. He has also played guitar since high school and has experience recording and performing on both instruments. After graduating from college he worked as the Assistant Director of Campus Ministry at Belmont Abbey College leading students in music ministry while also teaching lessons at Gaston School of the Arts in North Carolina. He has working at the Center of Music and Art since January 2009 and teaches both guitar and bass lessons. |

Alicia has been a Kindermusik Educator for the past 9 years and finds joy and energy in teaching music.
