All tuition is due to be paid in full at the start of each month. All tuition is non-refundable.
Tuition is considered past-due after the 10th of each month.
Remember, you are paying for your teacher to reserve your time slot, regardless of attendance.

Excused lessons will be offered a make-up lesson at the discretion of your teacher. If your teacher needs to cancel a lesson, a substitute teacher may be assigned, or a make-up time will be offered.
You will not be billed for a teacher vacation.
No-call no-show lessons are considered unexcused, and will not be offered a make-up.

There are no make-up lessons for group classes.

We ask for 24 hours notice if a student is to miss a lesson, so our teachers can adjust their schedules accordingly. We will be as accommodating as possible for sickness and emergency situations.

The person responsible for tuition must inform CMA when a student is discontinuing lessons. Billing will continue until a signed and dated discontinue form is received. Remember, you are paying for your teacher to reserve your time slot, and that time slot remains your responsibility until a signed discontinue form is received.
