All tuition is due to be paid in full at the start of each month. All tuition is non-refundable.
Remember, you are paying for your teacher to reserve your time slot, regardless of attendance.

Excused lessons will be offered a make-up lesson at the discretion of your teacher. If your teacher needs to cancel a lesson, a substitute teacher may be assigned, or a make-up time will be offered.
No-call no-show lessons are considered unexcused, and will not be offered a make-up.

There are no make-up lessons for group classes.

We ask for 24 hours notice if a student is to miss a lesson, so our teachers can adjust their schedules accordingly. We will be as accommodating as possible for sickness and emergency situations.

It is the responsibility of the person paying the tuition to inform CMA in writing when a student is discontinuing. Remember, you are paying for your teacher to reserve your time slot, and that time slot remains your responsibility until written notification is received.
